  • Levied as a direct payment you must make to us. Note: Handling that would not be acceptable in a retail environment is deemed excessive for verifying the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the products.

8.7 Refund Methods and Fees Your refund will be processed using the original payment method unless another method is mutually agreed upon. You will not be charged any fees for receiving the refund.

8.8 Refund Timing Following Cancellation We will issue a refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. If the products were not sent out at the time of withdrawal or we have proposed to pick them up, we will issue your refund promptly and no later than 14 days after you inform us of the cancellation.
